Just attend the GAC meeting and bring the information back to XPI. Only 2 hours a month. Does your home group have an XPI Group Representative? Be an XPI Group Representative Bring information and concerns from your group to the XPI business meeting and report back to your group. You can tell us how we can help support your group. And your group will have input into decisions the Intergroup makes. Attend the monthly XPI business meeting on the third Monday of the month at 1pm ET. The minutes will be emailed to share with your group! To become a group rep just volunteer at your meeting and when elected, register on the XPI website under Service, XPI Representative. If you can’t attend XPI meetings because of time zone or health issues please email Carmen at xpichairperson@gmail.com to receive agenda, minutes and vote by proxy. If your group doesn't have a representative, consider adding a request to the format or making an announcement at the beginning of the meeting to recruit someone for this fun service. We suggest you begin by referring to the Meeting Handbook where you will find information about CPA and how to start a meeting. You will also find suggested meeting formats and tools you will need to run a successful meeting. When you are ready, use the Zoom Rooms page to find a day and time that works for you, then fill out the registration form below to alert the XPI Web Team of your new meeting. It is very important to register your new meeting so that XPI can keep your members informed of fellowship news.
